Clean-Out Drains & Plumbing offers residential and commercial plumbing services, including but not limited to drain cleaning, repairs, installations, and emergency support. Service availability may vary based on location, scope of work, and scheduling.
All plumbing services are performed exclusively pursuant to a Service Agreement, which will be provided for review and must be accepted prior to the commencement of any work.

4. Payments and Billing
Any pricing, estimates, or information provided through the website or initial communications are non-binding and are provided for general information purposes only.
Final pricing, billing terms, materials pricing, payment timing, and applicable fees are governed exclusively by the Service Agreement accepted by the Customer prior to the commencement of work.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a fee as set out in the applicable Service Agreement.

6. Intellectual Property
